These
Imilac specimens have just been recovered from a new location near the
Imilac crater. These specimens are oriented with flow lines and display
remnant fusion crust, representating the Imilac Meteorite strewn field..
The
black color seen on these specimens is
the origional fusion crust.. The delicate fusion crust has weathered
off of much of the metal, however, many of the crystal
pockets
retain the blanket of fusion crust.
These specimens display beautiful green
olivine silicates.
These
specimens were covered in rust and appeared quite weathered. Our unique
process uncovered the beauty below the weathered rusty crust.
